About the Show
Just a Theory is a frisky public affairs show in which Flinn interviews his colleagues in various disciplines from the local and regional universities. The depth and provocative humor of his interviews make connections between the professors' research and how listeners live or might think about their lives.

The format consists of interviews that provoke the professor du jour to lay out his or her research theory, its basis in practical evidence and what difference it may make in listeners' lives. Tony's "who cares?" and "so what?" questions rouse great discussions into the concrete bases and effects of the research. His goals are to make you chuckle and, hopefully, to pique your interest.
