Spokane Valley intersections most dangerous

Of the top 10 most dangerous Spokane County intersections, where motorists collide most often, eight are in the Spokane Valley.

The Sheriff’s department ran the numbers. During the past four months 11 collisions occurred at Sprague and Sullivan, which topped their list.

Number two is Sprague at Argonne-Mullan with 10 crashes. Number three is Sprague and University where Sprague changes into a one-way boulevard.

Argonne and Grace-Buckeye in Millwood took fourth, Mission and Argonne-Mullan is fifth.

Rounding out the top 10 dangerous County intersections – Appleway and Dishman Mica-Road, Sullivan and Indiana, Sullivan and Broadway, all in Spokane Valley; Division and Cascade Way on Spokane’s north side, and Bigelow Gulch and Forker north of Spokane Valley.
